2DNite is a top-down, Fortnite-inspired browser game in Battle Royale No-Build mode. Drop onto a procedurally generated island, loot weapons and gadgets, stay ahead of the shrinking storm, and be the last block standing.
There is no building — instead you use the terrain: hunting towers, rooftops, bridges and rivers.
You only see a 120° cone in the direction you're facing — just like in real life. Anything to your sides or behind you is hidden in fog. Turn your head (mouse / joystick) to scan your surroundings, and climb roofs or hunting towers for full 360° vision.
Press E next to a wall or ladder to climb onto rooftops or hunting towers. Both give you full 360° vision and a serious edge — but houses and towers can be destroyed by enemies. If the roof or tower collapses while you are on top, you take 50 HP fall damage.
A paddle steamer patrols the river with an invulnerable rocket gunner on deck. He shoots at any nearby player or bot. While the boat is under a bridge it stays concealed and holds fire.
Pistol · Assault Rifle · Shotgun · Sniper · Rocket Launcher. Every weapon comes in five rarity tiers (grey · green · blue · purple · gold) that boost damage and fire rate.
Med kit (+50 HP), Shield kit (+50 shield), Dynamite (4s fuse — destroys walls, towers and enemies), and a pickaxe to chop trees and walls.
WASD to move · Mouse to aim · LMB to shoot · Space to jump · 1–5 weapon · 6 med · 7 shield · 8 dynamite · F pickaxe · E pickup/climb. On mobile a D-pad in the bottom-left controls movement, a joystick in the bottom-right aims your head; tap a slot to select it and tap the screen to shoot.
